"Progress is made of full breaths, conscious steps and passed fears." Tiago has a quest: How do we connect back to ourselves, each other and the environment around us to create a sustainable world? Throughout this journey, he has coached hundreds of international students and supported the development and exploration of scenarios, visions and strategies for numerous start-ups, communities and corporations from across Europe. Having worked with some of the best coaches and facilitators in Europe, Tiago specialises in combining self-leadership, community building and co-creation methodologies to find ways that go beyond the established thinking patterns and root in the fertile lands of collective intelligence.

I'm a German-US filmmaker working at the intersection of narrative and documentary with an emphasis on social impact storytelling. In 2019, I wrote and directed the drama short Cranberry Nights that explores a familiar coming-of-age struggle through the lens of an undocumented young woman. The feature version of the film is currently in development with writer Shirley Miller. Over the past 4 years, I produced and shot a wide range of commercial content campaigns for clients including Air Jordan, Nike, ESPN, and Netflix. In 2019 I also produced the documentary feature Ride for the Living, a film that chronicles the revival of Jewish culture, featuring prominent figures such as Steven Spielberg and Michael Berenbaum. I’m an avid traveler and adventurer, have lived in Germany, Australia, Iran, and the US, and filmed on locations around the world, including China, Tanzania, and Poland.
