I am a natural people developer and coach with experience working at all leadership levels within an organization to ensure they support improvement culture as a priority.
I Co-Founded Human CI, a think tank established to bring humanity into the way we define value and make decisions, because I wanted to be part of creating a brighter future for all humans. I hope to use my expertise in continuous improvement in service of others, and I believe being a part of the DEAL community will help connect me to opportunities that allow me to do just that.
