My experience revolves around innovation and change practices particularly in the fields of human ressources applied to industry,in the field of training , teaching and in the one of occupationnal integration and citizenship.
My actions aim to facilitate organizations transformations taking into account the social and ecological issues.They also have for goal to help people better understand how they work and to find their way.My work is based around sociologic,psychological,neuroscientific and therapeutic approach.I m involved in associations as "the shifters" and "fresque des nouveaux récits"
I also work around the part of immersive technology and AI in pedagogical approaches to involve people .I lead a prospective VR project to know our affinity and resistances to change for a sustainable future.This experience could be integrated in transformation approaches integrating donnut methodology.
With a member of the DEAL we would like to deploy the Donut approach in areéas of Marseille city.
