I have always had an adversity to money, and talk about money. And I always thought the talk in newspapers etc about the economy was at the least weird, at the worst mean spirited.
I realise that our world is completely evolving around, and built for, money and its workings, and that what we get taught about economy is a scheme we are meant to stay put in. The fact that there seems to be a movement now that does not get squashed or peters out (at least not immediately) that seeks to change exactly these things about money and the economy, makes e enthusiastic about it. I came to this because of the writings of Kate Raworth, Piketty, Stephanie Kelton, George Monbiot, Rutger Bregman, BIEN (Basic Income Earth Network/basicincome.org) Evonomics.com Georgeo Simonetti and Margrit Kennedy.
We MUST change, and this change needs to be from the ground up. Economy is ground work.
