Together we create commons (Past)
In Commonspoly game the group wins and not the individuals!
Please Note: This event has now finished and can no longer be joined.
The initiative aims to promote the culture of managing the commons through Commonspoly, the game inspired by Elizabeth Magie's The Landlord's Game.
Players can be active citizens or speculators. Active citizens have one and a half hours to succeed in turning as many assets as possible into common goods despite the obstacles of speculators.
This game teaches us to foster a common understanding of what it means to actively and truly participate in society. It helps develop the values of cooperation and encourages players to come together and work as a group rather than as isolated individuals.
Especially young people and students will be involved.
The event refers to the concept of integrated economy explained in the Doughnut Economy
We will be in Como at Parrocchia San Martino via Alfonso Lissi 11

I am an Audiovisual specialist who, thanks to COVID-19, is now making one giant leap by going back to study Regenerative Actions at Ubiquity University. I recently moved back to Italy after spending 30 years between the UK and Australia. I am currently planning to unroll the Doughnut in my BioRegion of Tarquinia in the region of Latium, Italy.
