As a Spatial Justice Practitioner at MLS Pro, I’ll be leading you on a tour of Belle Vue and Gorton, which was once a world-class destination with its own zoo! The tour will involve a historical talk of a place that attracted some of the biggest names in music, housed some of the world’s most exotic animals and which illustrates over time how places change and even decline due to changes in policy and investment.

A neighbourhood that is still brimming with life and is a sea of cultural diversity, packed with the potential to be brought in line with the Doughnut Principles; join us for this journey from past to present, as we look towards a more ethical, Doughnut-shaped future.
