We're delighted to invite you to Tunisia's first Donut Day as part of the worldwide festival of Global Donut Days!
Friday, November 8, 2024, from 5 PM to 7 PM
Hosted by Westerwelle Startup Haus Tunis, 71 Av. Jean Jaurès, Tunis, Tunisia
This event will introduce an innovative economic model called Doughnut Economics, which seeks to answer the question:
“How can we create an economy that is both ecologically safe and socially just?”
Join us to connect with a global community of changemakers. Our gathering will put Tunisia on the map for the worldwide initiative of Global Donut Days which started last year in London! Be sure to stay for snacks and networking!
Event Lineup:
- 5:00 PM : House opens with light refreshments and snacks (doughnuts and Tunisian yoyo will be provided)
- 5:30 PM : Workshop to experience "Stepping Into the Doughnut" and to learn what's already happening in Tunisia
- 6:30 PM : Networking session and WSHT social entrepreneur grant announcement
