About the Film:

While "economy" originally meant "household management" and described the responsible use of resources, today’s economy rapidly consumes our finite natural resources. “Outgrow the System” explores how we can return to an economic approach that sustainably manages our resources. The film presents new economic ideas and practices that challenge traditional assumptions and offer innovative perspectives for production and consumption. It celebrates the creativity and projects worldwide that promote a positive vision and unite social movements, rather than merely resisting dystopias.
