In this session we look at the State of the City and with the new tool (4 lenses) we investigate which steps are needed to get into the Doughnut as a city. With the ‘Powers to Act’ tool, we investigate what Doughnut actions are needed in the city when it comes to purpose, networks, governance, ownership and finance. The output of both sessions forms the basis of a Doughnut Action Agenda.
