I am founder of Jargon Buster, Financial and Business Development Advisor, Mentor, Certified Adult Trainer and I am actively engaged with financial literacy that contributes to financial well-being and work-life balance.   I support small and medium business owners to  become familiar with financial & operational management (financial planning, budgeting, business planning, costing) so as to get more confidence in financial and business procedures, and create the space to focus on business development. I cooperate with organizations and firms by trainings on financial literacy for work-life balance and personal finance management.  I love supporting entrepreneurship that leads to personal and professional growth, driven by sustainability and a positive impact on the people, the society, and the environment in which it is developed.
