Our purpose is to contribute to the realization of information-cultural welfare
and democratic society by ensuring everyone's right to access knowledge,
information, and culture without barriers and by fostering the commoning of
culture in everyday life through libraries.
We also aim to create a better world for citizens by empowering them to solve
various problems where they live by exploring and practicing experimental
and innovative ways that respond to global challenges like climate crisis,
inequality, isolation, and social changes like technology development and aging.
Neutinamu Library is a third place where community members are welcomed
with no strings attached and where they can meet and socialize with their
neighbors. We invigorate the intellectual activities of communities and ignite
questions through our thoroughly curated theme collections.
By hosting village forums, we encourage neighbours to inspire each other.
We also host Collection Buskings, so you can meet the library here and there
in this community.
As a local platform and hub, we strive to connect and empower community
members to engage in experimental and innovative actions for a better life.

I'm Sunkyung HAN, and I'm the co-initiator of Donut-Zip, a group focused on bringing doughnut economics to life in South Korea. Through Donut-Zip, I want to help organizations and communities adopt these principles to drive sustainable change. As the CEO of C., a social innovation catalyst organization, I’ve become passionate about fundamental transformations and have been working to introduce doughnut economics as part of a broader vision for systemic change. With more than 15 years of experience connecting people and organizations in social innovation, I founded C. in 2014 to create sensemaking platforms that link up social innovators across Asia. Beyond C., I’ve been an advisor on social innovation committees with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, a Korean advisor for AVPN, and a board member for YouthVoice, a nonprofit that helps young people express themselves through social media.
