Since 2021, I led the downscaling of the Doughnut to the transboundary area of the Greater Geneva (France, Switzerland) and to the University of Lausanne.
I spent pretty much time working on the following issues :
- how to downscale the Doughnut without loosing its deep ecology approach ?
- which ecological indicators can we use at local and global scales ?
- how to build a social basement based on the Theory of Human Needs approach (to ensure that a Safe and Just Space still exists) ?
My colleague Cecilia Matasci, also from the University of Lausanne, created a method to evaluate the Global-Social impacts of the university, based on the imported modern slavery.
I spent my less time on :
- participative production of the downscaled Doughnut (we always did it between "experts")
- transforming business models with Doughnut Economics
- producing operationnal public policies driven by the Doughnut Model (on process with the Administration of the University of Lausanne, in 2024).
Nothing to see here yet.
