I began reading the book this week, and I am so pleased to read it.
As a classically trained economics and finance major from 25 years ago, I never liked the lack of a "price" for externalities - I recognised then, as I do now the real social cost of these.
So I am so happy to be a part of this community, and I want to help spread the word.
I was hoping someone had taken the content and made it available on a creative commons type platform to share it, and for more ideas and communities to be created from it.
