Mike Becher
I start small business and social co-ops / political advocacy groups. My interest is in helping to ease the transition to a, End of Scarcity, model.
My main concerns, are in training and system shock. I hope to develop, reliable transition systems, that serve as a proof of concept, and show greater efficiency then standard profit/loss models.
I am a thermodynamic engineer, and have a studied interest in, thermo-economics thermo-information, game theory, cybernetics (or control theory if you like), and so on. I also have a specific fascination with chaotic systems. I prefer systems with extreme tipping points, and like to have self-organization baked in.
I am philosophically (and practically) an absurdist. How ever, I do anchor myself with my own brand of utilitarianism, I call option utilitarianism. This is from where I derive my general sense of value.
A self quote: "Shits, weird, and it's only getting weirder. I mean, it's like, do have something else better to do ?"
