Harriet Dodd

I am an executive and team coach specializing in providing services to the non-profit and social enterprise sectors.  Before coaching I had a career as a leader in international development.  I have strong personal connections with Sudan and have worked in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. My leadership work in the arena of poverty and crisis have made me a passionate advocate for the inclusion of all voices in the realization of rights-based, sustainable change both inside the organisation and with those it serves. We all share the same planet and our living and thriving depends on using our resources collaboratively and purposefully.  
Now as a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance I am looking to support my clients as they think towards being part of the Wellbeing Economy we need. Being in the DEAL community seems to make perfect sense!
